Digital Marketing - BD Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Digital Marketing Business Development (BD) Intern to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital marketing strategies and client acquisition, helping drive growth for our HR Consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential MSMEs client leads interested in HR- BD Consulting to make them system driven company.
• Perform outbound outreach via social media, Google my business, email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and follow-up calls to generate business leads.
• Assist in pitch preparations, presentations, and client proposals tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach campaigns with company offerings.
• Maintain and update lead databases, pipeline tracking, and sales records.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and lead generation channels.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
