About the Role

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Lead Generation, Paid Advertising and Digital Marketing Automation. This role is not limited to creating posts. The candidate will be responsible for converting digital activities into reach, enquiries and qualified business leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media and create content using Canva and AI tools.
• Plan campaigns and generate leads for HR Consulting and MSME services.
• Run Meta Ads and other paid campaigns.
• Handle basic SEO, website, email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Track performance and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Canva, and basic video editing.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and SEO.
• Creative, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
