Human Resource Intern

About the Role

Basic knowledge of HR processes, communication, coordination, documentation, and employee management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and college outreach.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and technical teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Assist in attendance management and leave records.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Support HR policies, compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Human Resource Management.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
