Gujarat Internship is an online job and internship portal for freshers and experienced candidates. We also sell online e-learning courses and certification courses. We are a platform that connects job seekers with hiring partners. We are not the employer and are not a party to any hiring decision.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18 years or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent. You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Job Seekers
  • Creating a profile and applying for jobs and internships is 100% free.
  • We do not guarantee any interview, job, internship or income.
  • We never ask job seekers for money for a job. If anyone claims to charge a fee in our name for a job, please report it to us immediately.
4. Hiring Partners
  • Registering and posting openings is 100% free.
  • You must post only genuine openings with accurate details.
  • You must not charge candidates any fee for a job or interview, and you must not discriminate unlawfully.
  • We may remove postings or suspend accounts that are false, misleading or harmful.
5. Courses and Certificates
  • Courses and certification programs are paid products, purchased online at the price shown at checkout.
  • All course fees are non-refundable, except that you may cancel within 3 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
  • To cancel, email us at info@gujaratinternship.com within 3 days of purchase, quoting your order details.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Course content is for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell or record it.
  • Certificates are issued only after you meet the course completion requirements. A certificate does not guarantee a job.
6. Acceptable Use

You must not post false or unlawful content, harass others, misuse other people's data, attempt to hack or disrupt the website, or use automated tools to copy its content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, courses and materials on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Links and Advertisements

The website may show third-party advertisements or links. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any course purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that course.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. You may stop using the website at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
